Esther’s objective is maximizing her clients’ compensation when the government takes their land for public use.

Esther prides herself on extraordinary results for her clients. She has won spades of cases at the administrative, trial, appellate, and even Texas Supreme Court level.

Esther has extensive experience handling eminent domain cases involving rural, retail, commercial, industrial, residential, and special-use properties.

Her secret to success is twofold:

1. She prepares every case for trial rather than settlement,
   because that is how the best results are achieved; and
2. She used to represent the government in takings, so she
   knows what you are up against, and leverages that
   knowledge to obtain superior results for her clients.

When she is not battling the government in court, Esther enjoys going on adventures with her husband and three sweet kids.
